What accounting software do you work with?
Most major platforms — QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Wave, FreshBooks, Sage, and Gusto. If your business uses a platform with an API or data export, we can almost certainly connect to it. The contact form asks which system you use so we can confirm before you commit to anything.
How long does setup take?
For most services, setup takes 1–2 weeks. The bulk of that time is configuring connections to your existing systems and calibrating the AI to your specific business — not waiting in a queue. Once live, everything runs automatically.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use read-only API connections to your accounting systems — no credentials are stored, and we never have write access to your financial data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Security architecture is shared during onboarding.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Primarily small and mid-sized businesses — typically between $500K and $20M in revenue — that have meaningful financial activity but don't have a dedicated finance team. Service businesses, e-commerce, healthcare practices, professional firms, and tech companies are common.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
